Founded in 1967, the NHLPA is the union of professional hockey players, responsible for negotiating and enforcing fair employment terms for its members, while also playing a critical role in the development of international hockey. The NHLPA network hosts highly sensitive data, such as professional hockey players’ personal information and confidential contract details. Safeguarding this critical data from sophisticated and fast-paced cyber-threats is a priority for the organization. The NHLPA chose to deploy Darktrace’s proven AI technology that detects and autonomously responds to emerging attacks, including ransomware, insider threat, ‘low and slow’ attacks, and threats that have never been seen before.
