Orixcom joins Epsilon’s Cloud Link Exchange Platform

Orixcom, the managed IT services and connectivity provider focused on the Middle East and Africa, has joined Epsilon’s Cloud Link eXchange (CloudLX) platform and is enabling its customers across the Middle East and Africa to directly connect with cloud service providers around the world. Orixcom has excelled at providing cloud services to customers within the Middle East and Africa and will use the CloudLX platform to support their global cloud connectivity needs.

CloudLX accelerates and simplifies enterprise access to cloud service providers with a seamless platform for connecting multiple cloud services from a single portal. Orixcom’s customers benefit from on-demand Ethernet connectivity to leading cloud service providers like Amazon Web Services as well as internet exchanges in the world’s communications hubs.
“This is a real game-changer in the area of cloud connectivity for the Middle East and Africa. To date we have provided cloud services to customers within the region who need secure, cost efficient and scalable performance. Now we are completing the equation by offering enterprises the capability to directly connect to cloud providers outside of the Middle East and Africa,” Andrew Grenville, CEO at Orixcom.

“Sourcing high-quality networking solutions to access clouds located worldwide has long been a headache for Network Managers, as they struggled to support and scale their usage of cloud applications and databases outside the region. These days are now over. Orixcom is now able to provide friction free-access to the cloud around the world.”

CloudLX is a fully automated platform that accelerates planning and procurement while simplifying network management. Customers benefit from a suite of cloud enablement solutions including on demand infrastructure, network analytics and monitoring, and connectivity to other leading cloud service providers.

“We’re excited to have Orixcom join the CloudLX platform and to see more users in the Middle East and Africa benefit from on-demand Ethernet. Orixcom has a track-record of innovation and is helping to drive the growth of cloud services across the region. By joining CloudLX, its customers will be able to simplify and accelerate how they connect their cloud services globally and benefit from guaranteed performance on networks around the world,” said Jerzy Szlosarek, CEO at Epsilon
