Both executives bring a significant breadth of experience working in high growth private and public companies.  They join an already distinguished executive team and will be responsible for developing and expanding their individual functional areas to help Zscaler grow and support its customers.

Atri Chatterjee brings over two decades of senior leadership experience at high-growth companies, joining Zscaler from Act-On Software, where the company grew almost 15-fold during his four-year tenure. Prior to that, he was vice president and general manager of user authentication at Symantec, senior vice president at McAfee, Inc., and senior vice president of marketing at Secure Computing until its purchase by McAfee. Chatterjee also held senior positions at CipherTrust, a leader in messaging security, and was on the founding team of Responsys, where he helped create the pioneer SaaS platform for marketing.

“Zscaler has the vision, technology and products to transform security on the Internet,” said Chatterjee. “And with over 5,000 customers, including some of the most prestigious names in the Fortune 500, the company is only getting started. I look forward to helping Zscaler increase this momentum and become the preeminent security platform for any company doing business on the Internet.”

Robert Schlossman is a seasoned chief legal officer who has been a key legal and business advisor to CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors of public, private equity, and venture capital backed companies. He develops legal departments into organisations that both protect a company and enable the success of the business.  He has helped guide companies through major transformations including IPOs, M&A transactions, and global business expansion.  He has previously held legal and executive roles with innovative companies including Aptina, Extreme Networks, Network General, Ciena, ONI Systems, and Venture Law Group. Schlossman began his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Eugene F. Lynch, U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California.

“Zscaler is seeing accelerated worldwide growth driven by a strong demand for its innovative cloud security platform,” said Schlossman.  “My role will be to not only help us effectively manage this growth but also ensure that we are on the forefront of critical issues involving privacy and security.”

“Zscaler continues to invest in our people as we build our company for the long-term,” said Jay Chaudhry, CEO of Zscaler. “Atri’s and Robert’s collective experience in driving momentum and managing high-growth will be a major asset as we enter our next phase as a company.”
