Calligo expands

Partners with MCS Ltd in the Cayman Islands to service growing customer demand.

Calligo has announced its expansion into the Cayman Islands, in partnership with MCS Ltd.

With many clients requesting the ability to access cloud services in offshore jurisdictions to ensure integrity of data residency and security, a CalligoCloud platform is now available in the Cayman Islands via a partnership with MCS.

“We are delighted to be partnering with MCS to deliver our trusted and proven services to clients in the Cayman Islands, as well as clients in the Channel Islands that have offices there,” commented Julian Box, CEO and co-founder Calligo. “With MCS’s experience in delivering IT transformation services, offering cloud services is the next logical step.”

With Gartner predicting that the bulk of new IT spending by 2016 will be for cloud computing platforms and applications, plus highlighting** security and privacy as a prime challenge for all businesses, placing data within the global offshore cloud network from Calligo, including its unique ability to encrypt 100% of data, negates these concerns.

Chris Lopez, CEO, MCS stated, “Calligo is a likeminded organisation and their proven secure cloud services makes them an ideal partner for MCS. We are looking forward to providing offshore cloud services to our clients in partnership with Calligo.”
