TeamViewer has launched its eagerly awaited MSP Partner Program on a global scale, aiming to support managed service providers (MSPs) no matter their size or stage. The initiative introduces a modernised framework to help MSPs scale efficiently and differentiate within increasingly competitive environments. The program, embraced by initial partners like Unisys and CyberPlus, is designed in collaboration with MSPs to best serve their evolving needs.

The core concept of the program is a newly developed tiered structure, reflecting the operational realities of service-led organisations, from emerging providers to established industry leaders. It's crafted to minimise entry barriers, enhance commercial clarity, and equip MSPs with the tools essential for delivering exceptional customer value and operational agility. Also noteworthy is the established MSP Advisory Council, which helps steer ongoing program developments, ensuring its continuous alignment with partner needs.

According to Greg Gyves, Global MSP Director of TeamViewer, MSPs are vital in shaping businesses' digital futures. "This program is a direct investment in their success," he said.

Through the MSP Partner Program, members gain access to Tensor, TeamViewer’s cutting-edge multi-tenant enterprise remote connectivity platform, ideal for managing dispersed IT settings. This is complemented by a streamlined price book, fostering predictable and scalable MSP growth. Further, MSPs benefit from a structured service development framework facilitating the swift creation and delivery of digital workplace services.

Patrycja Sobera of Unisys is enthusiastic about being among the initial members of TeamViewer’s visionary program, which positions MSPs to innovate and grow securely in today's digital age.

Mark Oakton, from CyberPlus, echoed this sentiment, highlighting how the partnership with TeamViewer fortifies client trust by blending cyber expertise with advanced technologies to deliver cohesive, effective IT and OT system management.

To bolster MSPs' development, TeamViewer has debut the MSP Growth Index. This is a benchmark maturity model facilitating service delivery improvement, providing participants with tailored reports and actionable insights. Such initiatives reaffirm TeamViewer’s commitment to assisting their partners in becoming invaluable strategic allies to their clientele.

TeamViewer now invites service providers to engage with this new program, which offers pathways to enhanced commercial and operational success, either as experienced partners shifting towards managed services or newcomers seeking a solid platform foundation.
