Auxilion has clinched £8 million in fresh deals subsequent to the introduction of its upgraded service management platform. This haul comprises four new contracts, notably encompassing various HPE GreenLake cloud solutions and the delivery of service management assistance over the next three years.

Investing £1.5 million in its enhanced service management capabilities, Auxilion has implemented a Managed Services Continuous Improvement Programme (MSCIP). Soft-launched in July 2023, this offering substantially elevates the company’s service delivery and support prowess for its clientele.

The platform caters to the burgeoning demand in the market for enhancing user experiences, digitalising processes, and consolidating data sources. By unifying digital operations and simplifying IT management, service management establishes a cohesive model for organisations.

Auxilion’s new offering enables firms to orchestrate and consolidate company data, often scattered across disparate locations or legacy systems. By streamlining data storage and management, it enhances communication and collaboration within and across organisations.

Moreover, by enhancing user experience and digitalising processes, the ecosystem—anchored by technologies like ServiceNow TPSM, ScienceLogic, and N-Able—bolsters staff productivity and augments service delivery for customers.

The enhanced service management platform by Auxilion simplifies the management of companies’ technology infrastructure while providing a unified platform for enhanced visibility and efficiency. This translates to reduced downtime and optimised performance across IT tools and systems. Additionally, the platform integrates new Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to further enhance productivity, ensure operational continuity, and foster business growth for organisations.

Donal Sullivan, CTO at Auxilion, emphasised the need for IT to empower business leaders by providing platforms and tools for driving projects. He stressed the importance of cohesive service management capabilities in ensuring the success of strategic initiatives.

Philip Maguire, CEO of Auxilion, highlighted the disruptive change anticipated in the IT managed services sector, emphasising the importance of proactive and innovative service management capabilities. He expressed confidence in Auxilion's proposition to optimise user support, data management, and customer delivery.
