Epsilon Telecommunications and AIRX Technologies, a global network integrator, have partnered to provide enterprise customers with comprehensive end-to-end connectivity when deploying SD-WAN and other network services globally. The partnership enables Epsilon’s customers to benefit from on-the-ground support for hardware and services at data centres and enterprise locations around the world.

AIRX offers a suite of network connectivity services to its service provider customers using hundreds of local partners and carriers around the world. The partnership enables AIRX to expand its international networking capabilities via Epsilon, while extending Epsilon’s last mile reach and improving customer experience. Epsilon is also helping AIRX via its award-winning Network as a Service (NaaS) platform Infiny, to provision data centre interconnect, direct cloud access, remote peering, and global numbers at the click of a button. Following from KT’s acquisition of Epsilon, AIRX also gains access to KT’s network in South Korea including DIA, transit and IP peering.

“It’s great to be working with AIRX to deliver our global interconnect capabilities and software-defined networking, bringing a combined value proposition for our customers. It’s the perfect opportunity to unleash the full potential of both Epsilon and AIRX’s services,” said Simon Waller, Regional Sales Director for EMEA and US at Epsilon. “We’re also gaining additional on-site support for our enterprise customers, as well as assistance with managing hardware that is critical for the deployment of SD-WAN across multiple local and global locations. We’re making seamless and powerful connectivity possible for a larger number of enterprises that operate in diverse locations, with full end-to-end service delivery.”

Epsilon’s MEF-certified network stretches across 280+ data centres around the world, offering direct connectivity to leading cloud, internet exchanges, and network service providers. AIRX operates in 180+ countries across Europe, the US, Middle East, Africa, LATAM and APAC, with backing from Neeco Group, a leading global ICT service provider. Together, Epsilon and AIRX are extending services into hard-to-reach destinations for their customers and ensuring full end-to-end service delivery.

“We already had a great working relationship with KT prior to our partnership with Epsilon, and it has been fantastic to see the synergies between ourselves and both companies, and how we can work together to scale up globally,” said Piyush Srivastava, CEO at AIRX Technologies. “Epsilon has great infrastructure and capabilities, and with the strong backing of KT, plus the support from AIRX to connect hard-to-reach enterprises with last mile connectivity, SD-WAN, and on-the-ground support, we’re all coming together to provide our customers with everything they need to take their network connectivity a step further.”

The partnership extends the reach of Epsilon’s SD-WAN capabilities, which unify SD-WAN, security, routing, and WAN optimisation into a centrally managed platform. It makes it simple to transform customers’ wide-area networks into agile and application-aware networks which are flexible and cloud-optimised. Epsilon and AIRX are combining their expertise to bring simplicity and agility to enterprise connectivity on a global scale.
