Cybanetix launches managed AI service for enterprise security

Cybanetix introduces the industry's first fully-fledged Managed AI Service, securing AI applications across the enterprise in under 15 minutes.

Cybanetix has announced the launch of its Managed AI Service. The service is designed to address multiple areas of AI usage within organisations, including employee AI engagement, governance, and embedded AI systems. It incorporates technology from NOMA, SentinelOne, Microsoft, and Exabeam, combining consultancy, managed services, and 24/7 SOC monitoring to provide an AI security-focused offering.

As AI adoption increases, organisations may face challenges in securing operations across three main areas: user behaviour, governance, and embedded AI. User behaviour refers to employees potentially uploading sensitive data to public language models or using unauthorised AI applications. Governance relates to model provenance, asset ownership, and maintaining documentation for AI systems. Embedded AI refers to AI tools integrated into workflows, which may have elevated permissions and limited oversight.

Cybanetix’s Managed AI Service provides visibility across the AI security environment through observability, exposure mapping, and behavioural monitoring. It includes runtime protection for infrastructure and applications, as well as testing approaches designed to identify potential vulnerabilities in AI models. SentinelOne and Microsoft Purview are used for user-level controls, while NOMA provides access control and detection capabilities, with outputs mapped to frameworks such as ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act.

The service also includes a consultancy component covering policy development, system hardening, and threat detection. It supports identification of AI-related risks, incident response, and ongoing improvement of security posture through the following areas:

  • AI Risk Assessment: Creates an inventory of AI components, maps agent relationships, and identifies risks with recommended actions.
  • Technology Deployment: Implements tools such as SentinelOne Prompt and Microsoft Purview to support compliance with AI-related policies.
  • AI Posture Management: Prioritises risks, protects internal and custom AI systems, and supports ongoing platform oversight.
  • Managed Detection and Response: Integrates with SOC operations to support incident investigation and response.
  • Continuous AI Risk Reporting: Tracks compliance and improvements, with alignment to standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
  • Testing and Validation: Conducts proactive testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

Cybanetix’s Managed AI Service is designed to integrate with existing workflows, supporting automated detection and response processes. It also correlates data with EDR and other security systems to improve visibility of threats and defensive activity. The service provides access to AI security specialists, reducing the need for extensive in-house expertise.
