Arctic Wolf becomes Chubb's choice for cyber resilience

Arctic Wolf has been selected by Chubb as a preferred Managed Detection and Response provider, reflecting a mutual dedication to reducing cyber risk and enhancing organisational resilience.

Arctic Wolf, a security operations provider, recently announced their collaboration with Chubb, a cyber insurance provider. The partnership distinguishes Arctic Wolf as one of Chubb’s preferred Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers for policyholders with workforce sizes exceeding 100 employees. This selection showcases their combined resolve to minimise cyber risk, assisting organisations in operationalising their security measures effectively to foil attacks before they develop into significant losses.

Multiple factors influenced Chubb's decision to partner with Arctic Wolf. Central to this collaboration is the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform, whose openness and proven efficacy enable organisations to noticeably diminish both the likelihood and severity of major cyber incidents. This platform processes more than nine trillion security events weekly, combining telemetry across systems and providing clients with streamlined, actionable alerts.

From a service angle, Arctic Wolf operates extensive global security operations centres across multiple regions, offering continuous services supported by local personnel. Additionally, their dedicated “insurance alliance” team collaborates with brokers and carrier partners aiming to promote the adoption of the security solutions.

Both the Q2 2025 Chubb Cyber Threat Intelligence Report and the 2025 Arctic Wolf Threat Report spotlight vulnerabilities in external remote services such as unsecured Remote Desktop Protocol and compromised VPN credentials as chief origins of impactful incidents, including ransomware. To counteract these vulnerabilities, Arctic Wolf offers their Concierge Experience and Security Journey, which aims to provide continuous guidance for implementing essential security controls that strengthen organisational defence against cyber threats.

This partnership with Chubb is not only about preventing immediate cyber threats but also about enhancing clients' insurability, which reflects Chubb’s overarching mission to build resilience and avert financial losses before they manifest.
