Solgari expands partnership with Cognizant to enhance customer engagement

Solgari and Cognizant team up to streamline procurement and deployment of customer engagement solutions via Microsoft Marketplace.

Solgari, a Microsoft-certified customer engagement solution, has announced an expanded partnership with Cognizant, one of the world's largest professional services companies. Cognizant is renowned for assisting enterprises in modernising their operations and customer experiences through advanced cloud, AI, and digital solutions.

The partnership presents an opportunity for Microsoft customers and partners to procure and deploy Solgari through Cognizant’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme and the Microsoft commercial marketplace. This collaboration offers a streamlined path for mid-market and enterprise organisations, including those with a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) agreement, to easily acquire Solgari via multi-party private offers (MPOs) co-sell-enabled by Cognizant.

Key Highlights:

  • Fully transactable on Microsoft Marketplace: Solgari’s apps are marketplace-ready and eligible for enterprise MACC drawdown via multi-party offers with Cognizant.
  • CSP-aligned procurement: Microsoft customers can license Solgari through Cognizant’s CSP framework, which includes integrated billing, provisioning, and support.
  • Native integration with Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365: Solgari runs directly inside Microsoft tools, enabling secure omnichannel engagement without bolt-ons.
  • AI-ready from day one: Capture every customer conversation and insight in Solgari’s AI-ready database or integrate with CRMs like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and HubSpot to unlock AI capabilities.
  • Rapid deployment and enterprise-grade compliance: No-code configuration allows same-day go-live, with secure recording, audit trails, and Microsoft 365-aligned data governance.
  • Continuous innovation for AI-era CX: Solgari evolves with the Microsoft ecosystem, helping organisations stay at the leading edge of customer insight and automation.

This partnership provides significant advantages for enterprises looking to enhance their customer engagement solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. With streamlined pathways for deployment and integration, companies can expect faster and more effective ways to engage customers using the latest AI technologies.
