Panduit partners with Hyperview to offer clients extensive DCIM software capabilities

Panduit and Hyperview has announced a technology partnership, to increase data centre customers capabilities in on- and off-site security and environment responsiveness. Key to the collaboration is the necessity to enhance customer capabilities, and to achieve this Panduit will discontinue its SmartZone Cloud DCIM software products and offer Hyperview’s cloud-based DCIM platform.

The massive growth in data centre building, which in EMEA for the first half of 2024 showed 168%growth over the same period in 2023, illustrates the need for increased capabilities in physical and digital access to white space for operators and customers. The partnership reflects both companies’ commitment to delivering innovative solutions that boost operational efficiency, enhance data centre performance, and promote sustainability.

Consistency of customer service is assured as both DCIM solutions use the Azure global infrastructure, and the collaboration will ensure current and new customers a high performance distributed architecture prioritizing privacy, automation and scalability. Hyperview’s software platform will provide clients with comprehensive insights and features, enabling customers to optimize their operations.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Panduit and to support their clients with our advanced DCIM solution, “ said Jad Jebara, President and CEO of Hyperview. “Together we will drive innovation and set new standards in data centre management.”

“This partnership with Hyperview marks an advanced period of control and visibility for our clients, “stated Holly Garcia, Vice President, Data Centres at Panduit. “The synergy of Hyperview’s forward-thinking DCIM platform and our intelligent critical power solutions ensures that operators can manage their infrastructure more efficiently.”

The transition to Hyperview’s software platform will be seamless for existing SmartZone clients, ensuring uninterrupted access to expert service and support.
