The Keysource Project Management service will address the strategic needs of an organisation, advising on the programme of projects, including interdependencies and budgets, and then supporting in its execution. It will cover a range of vital areas such as the management of full project lifecycle from inception to BAU, establishing processes and governance, risk management and systems integration within a live environment. The development of the overarching strategy, budget and programmes will be executed by the Senior Management Team. Each project management service requirement will be matched with an experienced Project Manager that has technical experience, which can be for singular, or multiple projects, and either be full time or part time. Other benefits include access to wider business support such as cost management, budgeting, preconstruction and the development of clear business cases.
