REG Power Management selects Greenbyte for data management

REG Power Management has selected Greenbyte’s modern software systems Breeze for wind farm management and Bright for solar PV plant management.

REG Power Management, headquartered in Guildford UK, is a developer, owner and operator of renewable energy projects, with a track record of over 1000 MW. Greenbyte will work with REG Power Management to bring into Breeze and Bright their current portfolio of 30 wind farms and 10 solar PV plants. The systems will be used for real time production monitoring, streamlined reporting and in-depth data analysis over any time period to optimize plant energy output, performance and availability.
“We are delighted to have selected Greenbyte to provide the core monitoring and SCADA overlay system for our operational fleet of over 400 MW of wind and solar projects under management. The decision to partner with Greenbyte was made following an extensive review of the market and solutions available,“ says Simon Wannop, Commercial Director at REG Power Management.
“We are excited to bring REG on as a customer. REG is one of the most respected and experienced renewable energy companies in the UK and their trust in us means a lot. We look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership for many years to come,” says Jonas Corn?, CEO at Greenbyte.
