Datapipe has successfully undergone a SOC2 audit for the ongoing management of its global footprint of hybrid solutions including its AWS environments. Datapipe is the only AWS managed services provider (MSP) partner with global hybrid capabilities to earn SOC2 compliance out of the originally selected AWS Premier Partners. The audit includes its Datapipe Access and Audit Control for Cloud (DAACC), which when combined with SOC 2 certification, lets businesses take advantage of Datapipe’s AWS managed services while giving them full confidence in how that data is secured, regardless of physical location.
Adding to SOC1 (SSAE 16), the SOC 2 report focuses on a business's non-financial reporting controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system. As part of an ongoing commitment to compliance and security, Datapipe maintains SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, FISMA, PCI, and HITRUST compliance and security standards.
"Our clients trust us to uphold the latest industry compliance standards that ensure the security and integrity of their organisation,” said Joel Friedman, CTSO, Datapipe. "Completing the SOC 2 audit for how we manage our global footprint of hybrid solutions is our latest achievement in a long list of comprehensive security practices and gives our clients confidence in how we manage their data across the globe.”
