Masergy upgrades UCaaS analyst
Masergy Communications has introduced the addition of powerful service management
capabilities to its UCaaS Analyst performance
monitoring portal. UCaaS Analyst now includes a consolidated view of
user profiles and service inventory reports. IT professionals have a
detailed view of user types, the services and devices they are using and
profile status.

The new features and service enhancements are available on-demand to provide real-time call management. New features also include user-customizable dashboards with:
Improved data visualizations
Ability to view support tickets
Access to invoices

The award-winning UCaaS Analyst is integrated into Masergy's Intelligent Service Control (ISC), delivered from the cloud. It is free-of-charge to all Masergy UCaaS customers, allowing them to view information on their account, increase bandwidth on demand, set quality control levels and monitor service use.
