Helping MSPs manage Public and Hybrid Cloud-based apps

Kaseya has released Kaseya Traverse 9.3.

This latest version extends its key capabilities -- automated discovery and mapping, service-oriented monitoring and predictive analytics -- to support leading hybrid cloud infrastructures including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Nimble Storage, Dell Compellent, amongst others.
Kaseya's latest version of Traverse adds support for more than 40 new devices including firewalls, routers, switches, storage area networks, wireless controllers and servers along with exciting new user interface enhancements purpose-built for mobile devices and tablets.
When used across complex, hybrid IT infrastructure, Traverse's industry recognised Service Container technology allows for faster time to discovery of the root cause of service performance degradation. Traverse provides service availability and proactive SLA management by mapping infrastructure, performance and application components into easy to understand business services enabling organisations to predictively visualise and resolve issues before users are impacted.
