C4L expends Cherries sponsorship

The C4L Main Stand will continue lighting up AFC Bournemouth’s stadium for another five years following an official sponsorship extension was signed and confirmed recently.

Following a successful partnership over the past four years, locally based data centre and connectivity provider C4L have officially put pen to paper with the newly promoted Barclays Premier League club.

Starting with Connect with Care, an Internet safety scheme for children, the connectivity providers then expanded the partnership by creating in excess of 150ft of branding across the Cherries’ Main Stand, which houses all the corporate boxes, meeting rooms and Champions Top Floor Restaurant.

“With the ethos of together, anything is possible, AFC Bournemouth and C4L’s culture is closely aligned,” Simon Mewett, CEO of C4L, said. “We are delighted to continue our support of the club and are very proud of the substantial growth both C4L and AFC Bournemouth have seen since the start of our partnership. To see the club’s promotion success and the town’s supportive reaction to this shows that there is a shared can-do culture across us all!”

“It is fantastic to have C4L signed up as Main Stand sponsors for another five years,” Cherries commercial director Rob Mitchell said. “It has proved to be a hugely successful partnership both on and off the field over the past four seasons.

Thousands of supporters have enjoyed watching on from the C4L Main Stand as the team won promotion, while the Connect with Care project continues to benefit so many youngsters in the local community.

There is so much going on in the town to be proud of at the moment and both C4L and AFC Bournemouth are a significant part of that. I’m sure the next five years will be even more successful for both parties.”
