Vivat Trust places trust in Calligo Cloud

Cloud-based desktops and Infrastructure as a Service provides significant cost efficiencies.

Vivat Trust, a Jersey-based company providing solutions for private clients and professional advisers in all parts of the world, has moved all its desktops to Calligo CloudDesk and migrated business critical applications to Calligo CloudCore.

As part of a strategic initiative that required a complete infrastructure refresh, Vivat Trust reviewed various options before deciding on cloud. Mr. Gary Bellot, Managing Director, Vivat Trust commented, “We required a cost effective but resilient solution that meant we could focus on our business and not IT. The team at Calligo showed us the way forward was to move from physical, ‘on premise’ solutions to moving our infrastructure to their cloud offering. The migration went smoothly and our users are now more productive due to the impressive functionality of CloudDesk.”

“We are seeing more and more businesses understanding the value that cloud can deliver to their business,” stated Julian Box, Chief Executive Officer, Calligo. “It is a pleasure to host Vivat Trust’s desktops and applications on our service and we look forward to assisting them with their future growth plans.”
